When I turn the car on all the light come on but and should go out after 4seconds but the abs skid control 4 wheel drive and oil change lights stay on

Is car due an engine oil change ? have you tried resetting the light ? ABS light usually a sensor fault but many other causes , needs scanning for fault codes .
