Whilst driving at random intervals it will make a ping sound and show 'Service Airbag' I have taken it into the garage and they've said it definitely doesn't have a problem with the airbags and that it is an electrics problem. It's been months of the garage trying several things and nothing has worked so far. They replaced all the seat belt buckles in my car as they believed this was linked and it worked perfectly for a huge amount of driving for 3 days across the country and then as soon as I took it to be cleaned and they moved the seat back it triggered the warning light again.
Every time they fix it it seems to be fixed temporarily and then it comes on again anything from 10 minutes to a week later. It seems triggered by the drivers seat being moved and bumps in the road and then after that it will just ping relentlessly whilst i drive anything from every 3 mins to every couple of hours.
They're next plan is to contact a Vauxhall specialist but this garage are great and fixed a lot of lights and issues on my old car and they've not charged me at all for the work until the issue is actually fixed.
Any ideas?

Yeah I believe they've rewired it. The first time they sorted it they did the wiring, the next time they decided it was linked to the seatbelt clips so did that, they think it got knocked cos the wiring was tight when the seat was moved so this time I believe they re did it but a bit looser. The garage want me to bin this car lol.

Moving the seat back is a necessity with possibly different drivers using the car or getting in and out but is often the cause with wiring getting damaged on seat runners and momentarily touching or shorting , triggering the light . When you alter the wiring you have to then check it out when moving the seat back and forwards , especially to maximum position and see how it lies etc . But I guess your garage will have already done this . Years back on another car I had a mechanic extend and position the wiring TOO much thinking he was doing good but it only made matters worse in certain positions

Yeah it's a weird one so they test drove it this morning and had no issues, I picked it up and purposely didn't move the seat, went over a little bump in the road nothing major and it's set it off. I was only 5 mins down the road this time

Grasping at straws now in guessing , check brake fluid level is not down slightly , check ABS sensor wiring at wheels .
