Toyota Verso vibration/rattle

Traveled 120 miles on the motorway with myself and one other passenger and a perfect drive. The next day traveling locally around the town car has a rattle/vibration coming from the front lower end but depending on the road surface worst on a rough surface, especially on a roundabout. It also seems worst with a load of three or four adults. I must again state if the road surface is good the car runs perfectly loaded or with just me driving the car, the rougher the surface seems to be the worst.

Could offer possible causes , but really need to get it jacked up and checked out where steering is concerned for safety reasons . Dont take any chances
