Toyota Starlet jerks badley

Hi
My toyota starlet is off the road at the moment because i cant find out whats wrong with it!!
It starts up fine and has never let me down, but sometines when im driving along or i come up to a junction and set off again its starts loosing power and jerking. I can go quite a distance sometimes and it doesnt do it but then other times just going round the corner it does it. Ive had the plugs + leads changed, new fuel filter, distributor. Its been into Toyota and they couldnt find anything, but then it didnt jerk while they had got it. It has had a new cambelt fitted but they checked this and said it way okay, i just dont want to keep paying out for new parts if its not sorting it. Its my pride and joy and i would hate to lose it. Hope you can help!!!

Hi it seems to me like the timing is out very slightly, does it make a nosie when going up hills or struggle, all it could need is the timing corrected on it. Mine jerked when warm at junctions before setting off and made a nosie when going up hills, this waas called pinking and due to my timing be out,
