If it's still under warranty , get it booked in for checking ASAP
It’s been in for warranty 3 times
All they do is re program the gear box
It’s clearly not sorting it
I think automatic hilux is terrible and Toyota specialist are hard work to get anything done

You will have to get on to Toyota direct if you are not getting it resolved by your dealership and insist they do something to fix it . After 3 attempts have failed to fix it , I think you have been very patient with them .
It’s been doing it from 15k miles still only got 26k miles now , it really is terrible
