Suzuki Splash hatch won't unlock

The hatch won't unlock on my Suzuki Splash. The doors lock and unlock ok but the hatch appears to be stuck.

Was it working o.k before ? nothing jammed , try pushing down on boot whilst trying to opening

It was working perfectly just 10 minutes before. I've tried pushing down and unlocking via the key fob but no luck. The central locking is working fine for the doors - just not for the hatch.

May be a faulty lock / actuator .You will have to go in through the bot from inside and release from there , Something like this , Then remove the trim and check for fault , possibly water ingress or new lock needed
