could be a few things front wheel bearings or alternator dry roller bearings look at these 2 things first could even be your brake pads wear indicators on the pad rubbing against the discs to indicate the pads want changing again worth having a look

To add to " thomkas_cars " post ,could also check front driveshafts / c.v joints .

possibly an engine mount or even an exhaust joint.
