Ssangyong Rexton radio won't turn off (or turn down ) and console screen is blank

Radio won't turn off and volume control does not work. Console screen is blank but otherwise vehicle functions fine.

Try rebooting the system or pulling the fuse ( if any )and see if it clears the fault . If not contact dealership and see if known fault or any software updates available to fix
