We have the exact same problems with the 4 Musso's that we have bought. SsangYong will do nothing about it. It is a problem with Android Auto particularly and will occur every time you use the voice control button. The only way to fix it once it has happened is to pull over and turn the car ignition off. Restart the car and this will reset the head unit. Blue tooth works fine and Apple Car Play works fine but not Android Auto. SsangYong knows about the problem but still sells these cars as Android Auto compatible - this one (and all four of ours) are not!
