Ssangyong Musso radio volume freezing

Hi if i make a phone call using the steering wheel function (voice activation) phone is plugged into the usb port after the call the volume freezes if i turn the knob up or down the volume stays the same. even if i disconnect my phone from the car. i have a 2020 ssangyong musso any help would appreciated.

Could contact dealership to see if it's a known fault or if there are any software updates or possible remedies , if not get it booked in under warranty for fixing
