Back breaks sticking when driving what is wrong

You will need to check if it's both sides or one that's sticking .Could be many things , pads ,shoes sticking in calliper , pistons sticking , h/brake cables / linkage sticking . Could be a case of stripping down . cleaning out and freeing off if sticking
