Skoda Scala clutch / gerbox issue

we have 2 Scala's a 23 plate with 40,000 miles on it and a 72 plate with 46.000 miles on it, we have had problems getting them to go in to gear, getting stuck in gear, and continuing to drive forward even with the clutch fully depressed.
the 72 plate started doing it first, had 3 trips to Skoda with no fault found despite a video of me trying to get it in to gear with not much luck, the second one has started doing the same now, anyone else had the problem

There are many complaints about Skoda clutch problems . Yours sounds like a faulty clutch master cylinder not holding pressure . Got to keep at dealership till you get it resolved under warranty
