Skoda Scala warning message

SOS Emergency call restricted. Workshop. + the overhead button light goes from green to red. On one occasion the radio did not go off when the ignition key was removed. AA disconnected the battery to remedy. Any help would be most appreciated.

Should take it back to dealership under warranty . Seems to be a common fault .Some remedies are a software update , low battery , module fault to name a few causes .
