Skoda Roomster engine management lights on

Car: Skoda Roomster
Variant: 1.4 TDi
Model Year: 2011

Engine management lights are ON, car will start but runs lumpy. Will not drive above approx. 10 miles per hour.

A simple diagnostic device is pointing to the EGR Valve or possibly No1 Injector?
Anyone come across this issue before
