Check crank sensor but usually shows when scanned if faulty , check compressions .

thanks for your response. i will check it. one observation, as soon i switch on the ignition, but not starting the engine, the radiator fans are started rotating all the time. the temperature gauges in the dashboard is always showing up high. if i remove the electrical connection of both coolant temperature sensor (one on radiator line and one near the left air charge hose on the coolant line near the crank head. i remove both sensor and checked the resistance, it gives very low value 1.4 m ohm. but ROSS tech scanner is not showing anything error. its a UDS ECM and test are limited. what is option to check the compression using the scanner?

Those sensors / engine coolant temp sensor are needed to be working as they supply the ECU with the info required to set fuel , timing parameters etc. Yours appear to be knackered with the fans running and temp gauge reading.

Sir - the sensors are not seems to be a problem, i replaced with new one and the same issue. the radiator fan is still running when i switch on the ignition but car is not started.

the temperature level in the dashboard is going to red side.

how do i check the compression with VCDS? which options in engine module, this is a UDS protocol and lot of options are missing.

thanks in advance for your response.

Dear Sri - i was away for while due to various medical reason, i just back and checked the complete car mechanical part, circuits etc. the car is still not starting and when i checked the compression its perfect, the fuel from the fuel tank and the electrical pump are perfect. but the fuel is not coming out from the high pressure pump. i removed the metering devices and tried to check whether the signals are comping in the metering device by cranking, the car is started that means when I remove the metering device and not connected to the HPP the car is starting. do you have any idea why is this sir? please help
