Skoda Octavia fuse box layout detail

I no longer have the manual with the Octavia.

Can anyone Scan the relevant details that shows the layout of the two Fuse boxes i.e. the one on the R/h side of the Dash facing the Driver's Door and also the one under the Bonnet.

If possible can you attach them with a reply to this query and I can then print them off.

The relevant details are not shown inside the Fuse Box covers.
