Skoda Karoq rumble/rattle from sump? when accelerating

Just purchased car from dealer 1 month ago. When accelerating, there is a rumbling/ rattle appearing to come from the sump area. It’s been back to the dealership twice now, they can’t find the problem. To me ( a complete novice) it sounds as though it could be oil pump. It’s only got 23000 miles. Serviced on time.

Get a road test booked at dealership and go out with the mechanic and point out what you are complaining about . That way they will have to acknowledge if there is a fault and it will be logged on to their system if not repaired and further fault down the line and subject to a warranty claim . Or get an independent report from the likes of AA examiner .
