Skoda Fabia clush sliping on first and second gear help please

Car: Skoda Fabia

Model Year: 2001

Hi people could somebody help me please. I have skoda fabia estate 1.4 petrol 2001. Since I bought it clutch was biding quiet high so last year i change full clutch and i still was biding high, I was asking mechanic if he could regulate it for me but he said is hydraulic clutch you can't do that so I left it and about year later I notice it slipping on first gear so mechanic said it is clutch cylinder (slave) so we changed it and it was better for couple days and it's back again slipping on first even on second. We try to find if is maybe air in system and nothing come out, we try that twice, he said now he don't know what it could be. Please anybody have any ideas??
thank you

If there is no air in the system then maybe the clutch is contaminated with oil. Maybe an oil seal has gone between the engine and gearbox...
