Skoda Citigo locks won’t open. impossible to open car. is there an easy solution?

Car: Skoda Citigo
Variant: 999cc
Model Year: 2012

The car doesn’t have an electronic key just a standard one.
The key turns in the lock but does not engage.
No other way to enter as no key lock on boot and no key entry on passengers side.
Suggestions welcome!

Where is the remote ? All you can do is squirt WD 40 into lock from keyhole and work it back and forth hoping it will release / operate linkage and lock
