2009 Seat Leon power loss on uphill

I have a seat leon 1.4 16v 2009 it losses power on uphill and I have to go in 2nd or some time in first gear.i have changed the all the filters ,spark plug but it doesn't work and some time I hear a little explosion noise in my engine when I start the car

Check plug leads for continuity and all firing , ( if ignition pencil coils on that year , check them } check cyl. compressions
