Seat Ibiza stearing pulling to left, does not go over 65mph, whurring noise

Car: Seat Ibiza
Variant: 1.9 TDi
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
The stearing on my Seat Ibiza 1.9 TDi is pulling a bit to the left. The top speed has dropped way down; it does not go over 65mph on the flat and there is a loud whurring noise over about 45mph that gets louder the faster I go. When I go round a hard left corner at speed the noise goes away. I think I might need to replace the bushes and get the wheels realligned.

What do you think?

Cheers,

Might be wheel bearing , could also try swapping wheels and see if it helps .May also be tracking / wheel alignment , but other possible causes . Like you say , could be worn susp./ steering parts also .
