Air bag did not deploy in a impact from the front drivers side

The crash impact may not have been severe enough to trigger inflation of the airbag. Airbags are not supposed to fire in minor bumps . The seat belt provides sufficient protection and an airbag deployment may sometimes do more harm than good. If not happy , check with dealership as car should still be under warranty .
