Seat Ibiza all the lights flicker when you turn the steering wheel

went to move wifes car started it up put on lights as soon as i turned the steering wheel the lights flickered ever time i moved the steering wheel.

check steering column isn't catching any wires ender the dash , if the lights are operated on the stalks again check for fouling or lose plug connections

Do you know if the car has electric power steering? If it has i would say battery/alternator
