2018 Seat Ateca passenger door does not unlock with remote key

THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR DOES NOT OPEN WITH THE REMOTE KEY ALL OTHER DOORS OPEN OK, HAVE DONE WHAT THE DRIVERS MANUEL SAYS TO DO BUT STILL NOT WORKING.
HAS OTHERS HAD THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO HOW DID THEY FIX IT.

Seems to be a common fault

Passenger Door Unlock Issue .
" I have an issue on my 18 reg ateca whereby I can unlock the car with my keyfob and all doors will unlock apart from the passenger door. I have to open the door by using the internal door handle. This is intermittent and dosent always happen, more when it's cold or wet!
Any ideas??

Yep, the lock solenoid has failed and needs replacing.
