Seat Ateca driver's display problem

The display is difficult to see. It has vertical multicolored lines running down one side.

Could be a faulty screen , a software update needed or a reboot needed . Usually tells you in the owners manual how to reboot / reset , On some if you push and hold the power / volume button for about 20secs goes this .
