Seat Arona seat belt extender problem.

The flat end connector of the extender fits securely into the seat fitting but the seat belt flat end connector will not click into the female end of the extender.
Fits perfectly in my previous Seat Ibiza and my current VW Golf . I have 4 extenders and all fail in the 2019 Arona

Check with the dealership parts dept , may have changed

It’s puzzling that there is only a problem with my wife’s new 2019 Arona and not on any other car. The extenders male and female connectors are exactly the same dimensions as the fitted belts but still fail to securely fix in place.

May be an internal fault / change that is not visible ?
