Seat Arona headlights blinding oncoming drivers

Car: Seat Arona
Variant: FR TSI, XDKRF
Model Year: 2019
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
When starting the car at night you notice this happening, with lightswitch kept on auto when starting you see lights lower themselves to what seems a sensible level, within seconds they lift up to what seems a level that is too high, many times I have been flashed by oncoming drivers thinking my headlights are on full beam.

On some models at the top of each headlight unit there is a white screw head that you can turn to lower or raise the beam height .When this is adjusted it should resort to that lower setting
