Seat Arona automatic folding mirrors

Car: Seat Arona
Variant: 1.0 115 bph
Model Year: 2018
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Have 2018 Arona FR, and don’t know how to fold in the wing mirrors. Have been doing it manually which is crazy! On infotainment screen settings there is no folding mirrors box to tick , or a dial to turn on drivers door? Does this mean mirrors won’t fold electrically?

On some cars/ models when you lock with key fob you have to hold the button down for a couple of seconds then the mirrors fold in. Worth a try

Thanks for that whittingehame. Tried key and No joy! Will go back to main dealer and hope for the best! Thought electric folding mirrors were pretty basic on all cars?!

Usually are , just a case of enabling or not in the menu on most cars , let's know if you get it resolved please . Did come across this

" In my 2019 FR , I can check or uncheck a box in the car menu, in the 8 inch audio/navigation/entertainment"

There is no box relating to folding mirrors in the infotainment screen, only box there is relates to the rear wiper in reverse option? So guess mirrors don’t fold which is ridiculous. I traded in my 2010 Seat Leon TDI and that had folding mirrors. Has Seat technology taken a backwards step?!

Already suggested with holding the button , other suggestion is not auto folding .
