Cant be brand new if 2019 ? Might be worth checking the fuses but who knows what you have done to cause it

Page 232 of owners manual tells you of emergency release procedure ..

Hello and thank you for all your help.
In the end I used the cigarette lighter plug to run the dashcam.
And I took out all the caballing .
THIS ACTION GOT THE GEAR SHIFT WORKING AGAIN.
