Saab 95 oil problem

The oil dip stick is covered in white gunk, but there is no white smoke coming from exhaust and car is running ok.

If you are not losing any water and there is no overheating , probably just condensation .Can happen if only doing short journeys and engine not getting up to normal temp. especially in this cold weather .Some cars are bad for this .
