2001 Rover 75 noise when turns the steering wheel

Variant: 2.0 26v

everytime turns to left or right makes a noise
and now when I'm driving and if I leave the steering wheel he flies off to the left.

if the steering is pulling as bad as you say i suspect you may have a problem with a tyre or steering suspension component, best to get it checked as soon as
