i have this rover 75 have owned it for around 2yrs. up to now no problems, but this week the wipers will not turn off even with the engine stopped and the iginiiton off also the radio will not tune in although the radio does have power and none of the windows will work and the door locking ia a bit hit and miss. all these things have occurred at the same time has anyone got any ideas cheers andy

Check this out re. pollen filter /choked water drains allowing water into ECU and causing electrical faults .

check all your fuses.but it does sound like an electrical fault.
