fill and bleed out cooling system using bolt on metal water pipe with expansion bottle cap off; make sure heater blowing hot then check for any leaks or have cooling system pressure tested common leaks are water pump inlet manifold gasket but this should have been replaced if no leaks air must be getting into cooling system forceing water out of expansion tank why not take back to garage that did the work as in a cooling system without visable leaks and bled out it points to the head gasket i assume the the expansion tank cap is ok

Bottle cap is ok doesnt over heat or anything like that just uses a lot of water when it shouldn't be using that much im gutted as ive just spent 600 on having it all done

like i said on friday i would take it back to garage who did the work you have just spent £600 with them the system needs pressure testing to check for leak the work they did should come with a warranty
