Having done everything in the article about the other rover that wouldn't start, my car has a new battery,but the starter and all the electric items are dead. The ice melted here a few days ago, it is really quite ok weather here now.

Checked all fuses ? Also some have a 150A "Mega" fusible link in the fusebox .

is the immobiliser switching off?any fault codes stored?
