Rover 25 constant kangerooing

hi, can anyone help, my 2001 1.4 rover 25 constantly kangeroos. when i accelerate i just can get up to 70mph for example but its jumping all the way there. i took it to the garage and they change the spark plugs which stopped the problem for three days and it has continues to get worse, i know little about cars, can anyone help me??

Check coil pack , plug /ignition leads .
