Hello all my name is mark and i have a rover 25 im currently having real problems with it as it is constantly kangeroo jerking,keeps cutting out, and the fan is constantly coming on, please help

Could be many different things i.e , plugs , coil pack , leads etc.If fan on all the time and over heating , pressurising cooling system , could be the very , very common head gasket gone .
