hi, I was driving my van when my engine started stuttering for a while and then cut out.I start the engine again and would be fine for a while and start stuttering again! what is the problem with my engine????

sounds like fuel starvation.try changing the fuel filter.if that doesent solve the problem check the filter on the bottom of the pump,hope this helps.
