Rover 25 fan heater not working

THE FAN HEATER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL, AT FIRST IT WAS MAKING A HORRIBLE NOISE FOR ABOUT 15 MINS AND THEN JUST STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER.

Check fuses first,but by your description possibly motor issue.
