Rover 25 overheating

Engine overheating. Only seems to have just started doing it now weather a bit milder. Water boiling and spurting out. Also steam under bonnet.
Lots of water in but a bit gungy.
How can I make it last a bit longer.
Know its on way our really.
Has head gasket gone?

sorry mate but no solution other than have the head gasket replaced
