Rover 25 heater blows cold and losing water

Recently had a new head gasket, but the heater blows cold and have to top up with water regulary, have tried to bleed the system, now keeps water but still not blowing hot, the radiator pipes become very hard as if under presure once car as been running.

Looks like your head/ gasket may still be faulty . A block test will confirm or not .

Been advised still air in system and to bleed the system from a bleed valve on the heater side ???. but cant find its location. is their any other way off removing air from the system.

It's on the metal pipe that goes to the bottom rad hose it's a 8mm bolt take it out to release air.
