Rover 25 car cuts out after 15-20 minutes

I have a highly modified Rover25 for sprints/hillclimbs.It has an Emerald ECU.
Recently,after driving it for 15-20 minutes,all the warning lights come on and it cuts out.When I turn the ignition off and restart it,it runs fine again.

Sounds like the ECU is like shutting down to protect itself. Have you tried looking for an emerald forum. I know there was one for megasquirt when I looked into it for my rally seicento
