Rover 25 rear seat broken

Hi everyone.
I cant fold my rear seats. I press the button down but the seat wont budge. Can someone show me how to mend it? I guess it's a cable or something.

Further to this post I thought I would clarify things a bit.
The problem is actually the pull tab at the back of the seat. There is no pressure on it when I pull so I guess that the cable is broken. How do I access it to fix?

In the end I got fed up and started pulling on the tab and I broke the plastic surround.....but now I could see into the inside of the seat and I noticed a small wire. I got a screwdriver and levered the wire and the seat popped!
So I have looped some small rope around the wire and now I can fold the seat when I like.
Just wish I hadn't damaged the plastic trim.
