Rover 200 i need help fast!!!please help

i'm from italy (Rome)...and i have a rover 96"...my alarm dosen't work....and for that my car dosen't start...when i put the key in contact the srs start's ringing...!!!so...i start the car and in 1.5 sec stops!!i think is the security-car who dosen't work...don't let the car starts...i'm like a noobe in this thins..!!so please help me!!thnks :)

Easiest thing to check first would be fuses .

if you have the remote take the battery out of it and hold the buttons down to drain the fob then put the battery back in next unlock the car with the key and quickly press the lock button 4 times ,the vehicle should lock then press the unlock and try to start it
