Rover 200 rough idle

Car Idle is very rough, gets worse as the engine warms up. Seems to run fine when driving,though it feels sluggish and down on power. On occasion at slow speeds 1st and 2nd gear if I accelerate hard the car will jolt.
Replaced the crank sensor, still the same issue. THink it could be the MAP sensor as this started to make a buzzing noise when the RPM jumps during the rough idle, the suction from the vacuum hose doesnt seem to be very strong.
I replaced the vacuum hoses from teh EGR solenoid and from the MAP sensor same problem.

Are you able to get any fault codes from that year of vehicle to help you.
