I have a communication error, causing my electric motor to stop working. Dealership said it was a speed sensor, and charged me £1600 to repair! (£175 an hour for labour!) Still not working properly, Renault customer service don’t care. Car is 4tears old with 33,500 miles on the clock.

If they checked and diagnosed the fault wrongly you should have kept at them for recompense or rectifying the fault . Might have to resort to legal advice but hard to judge without knowing their side of the story ,
