Renault Trafic renault trafic dci 115 , injection

The van has the orange engine symbol lit and the orange spanner symbol plus the red STOP light beside it lit . This has been a persistent problem ... I have had diagnostics done twice , two sensors replaced and two dpf cleans done , each time , the lights go out , then as soon as I put the engine under any pressure such as ascending even slight gradients they all come on again . In addition , there is hesitation /some loss of power which I can bypass by dropping it a gear and reducing pedal pressure but it tends to return . No one seems to know what the problem is and I can`t afford to keep just changing things in the hope one of the fixes will work . If you can advise me I will be eternally grateful as this is my work vehicle and I can`t earn any money , thanks .
