Renault Scenic brake pedal

when braking slowly you can feel that there is a vibration in the pedal and then it seems to release and feels like a spring releasing. it doesnt seem to effect the braking motion a great deal but it feels like the car wont hold the road and that it is about to move when you have stopped. any ideas??

Could be disc pads sticking , disc run out , abs etc. etc . Need to strip down and check .

strip the brakes down clean and replace anything that looks low and check the calipers to make sure there functioning ok too apply copper grease to the back of the pads to

handbrake will not release any ideas please
