Renault Scenic holds back when driving, won't idle right, keeps stalling

hello all!!!,please help!!!!!
ive got a renault scenic 2.0 x reg, now when you start it it won't tick over until you give it a few revs but then the revs will be very low and even go up and down, once driving the car will feel like its holding back and judders. when you come to turn around so its on full lock with the lights on etc etc it will stall, can anybody help?

Coil packs are a very , very common fault .
