Renault Scenic engine, exhaust, gears vibrating and loss of power

Can anyone advise me ? Two days ago I noticed a slight loss of power and the gear stick started to vibrate a little. Yesterday at periods, the whole car seemed to sort of stick and shudder whilst driving. Now I dare not use it. The engine vibrates as does the exhaust and gear stick and the loss of power is worsening. Form what I can see there are no leaks and the exhaust is clean. Is ther anyone out there that has any idea what the problem/s might be?

A very common cause of this fault can be coil packs breaking down .
