Heater fan will not switch off, even when fuse has been removed.

some fans arnt ment to turn off they run all the time as its more ware on a motor to start and stop rather than run all the time check with main dealer

Hi, John, Had the same problem, Turned out to be a dead fly on the heater module, It was very cooked, once removed everything worked fine, You will find this by removing the upper dash and nearside heater duct, you may need to release the dash by undoing the two 13mm nuts that hold the main dash in place, Hope this helps, Regards, Pete.
